Thank you for sharing these rare blues and boogie piano clips, esp of James C. Booker and Blind John Davis!
For many years I am listening to their recordings and practice their repertoire on the piano, but never did I even KNOW that video footage existed - what a great way to SEE them tickle the ivory!
Booker looked totally different (slim) than I had anticipated from the record covers, but then he changed his appearance radically over the years, wigs, eye patch and all.
Now if you had a real clip of Jimmy Yancey...
