Hi, Everybody!

I'm a musician and an American living in rural Canada. I love politics and I was deeply inspired by Barack Obama's courageous speech on March 18 in Philadelphia. It's time for all of us, everywhere, to set aside our differences and talk to each other. Nothing will ever change until we do. Rumi's poem says it beautifully..."Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field.....I'll meet you there".

Thank you, Coleman Barks, for allowing me to use your translation of Rumi's poem. And thank you, Will Simpson, for your exceptional photos of one of the most beautiful places on earth, the Palouse in SE Washington State, where I was born.
