My missions for this year
1. collect the lists of foods that are in medicine's
2. collect a list of illness cured by movement

why? i'd like as a hobby to start a new alternative medicine field
the food, movement and attitude therapy

the foundation of a house is, barring act of god, the most important thing in ensuring the house will stand so
the foundation of our lives, barring act of god, is the most important thing in keeping us healthy
And the foundation of a human is what it eats, what it does and it's attitude towards life

i currently have a foundation of smoking, drinking, eating way to much and moving not so much, add in a dose of depression and you have one pretty damn unhealthy dude
So as my test dummy i will knock down my current house and begin anew first step is to rebuild a solid foundation

eat better
move more
and think happy thoughts
