Dedicated to the Watercure. No, it's not a miracle cure, it's not a magical potion, it's just common sense which unfortunately many of us seem to overlook these days, with potentially fatal results.

The WaterCure suggests that Dehydration is the fundamental source of the majority of health problems.

THE WATERCURE DAILY:

* Drink at least 8 Glasses of Water

* Consume half a teaspoon of Sea Salt

You can take the Sea Salt how you prefer, but what I tend to do is to sprinkle a little bit into my hand and take it with each glass of water I drink throughout the day. By the end of the day it adds up to 1/2 or 3/4 teaspoon. Try experimenting, some people prefer to take the salt all in one go in the morning and some people need a little more than half a teaspoon daily.
