Wenn man einen Film gegen einen der reichsten und mächtigsten Männer Europas macht, läuft man Gefahr, damit nicht im Kino zu landen, sondern vor Gericht. Besonders, wenn es sich dabei um den amtierenden Ministerpräsidenten Italiens handelt.

Frühjahr 2005. Ein junges, engagiertes Drehteam aus Genua, plant einen ernsthaften politischen Film über die gewaltsame Entführung Silvio Berlusconis. Ziel der Entführer ist es, Berlusconi endlich in einem fairen und unabhängigen Prozess dem Urteil zuzuführen, dem er sich im wahren Leben seit Jahren erfolgreich entzieht. Dieser Film soll Italien wachrütteln und zur realen Abwahl des Ministerpräsidenten im April 2006 führen. Breits am ersten Drehtag zeigt es sich jedoch, dass sich das ambitionierte Drehteam mit diesem Projekt übernommen hat. Der Abbruch droht und um sich notdürftig vor juristischen Angriffen Berlusconis zu schützen und ihren Film als Satire kenntlich zu machen, bedienen sie sich eines absurden Tricks: sie transformieren die Geschichte kurzerhand von Italien nach Entenhausen.

Ob das ausreicht, um ein drohendes Verbot des Films zu verhindern, weiß keiner. Dass dieser Film Silvio Berlusconi zur Weißglut bringen wird, ist allerdings sicher...
