My missions for this year
1. collect the lists of foods that are in medicine's
2. collect a list of illness cured by movement

why? i'd like as a hobby to start a new alternative medicine field
the food, movement and attitude therapy

the foundation of a house is, barring act of god, the most important thing in ensuring the house will stand so
the foundation of our lives, barring act of god, is the most important thing in keeping us healthy
And the foundation of a human is what it eats, what it does and it's attitude towards life

i currently have a foundation of smoking, drinking, eating way to much and moving not so much, add in a dose of depression and you have one pretty damn unhealthy dude
So as my test dummy i will knock down my current house and begin anew first step is to rebuild a solid foundation

eat better
move more
and think happy thoughts

	Zukaros \| May 16, 2008 I've come to terms I am an animal like any other, with only a difference of how I percieve myself and the world. True science that isn't influnced by money or power is something very rare and almost extinct, so I guess you might as well call the popular science a religion or whatever you like. Pretending you know things gives comfort, that's why everybody does it. You can only know things for sure by experience, every other knowledge might as well be a lie.

It can be used for good (unifying a country or a people) or for bad (disrupting the people) If it is used for good there is no injustice seen but if it is used for bad then it is not at all in line with the teachings of the Quran

Even with "conscience" as God's word people do not believe it. The book is evidence and truth sent to guide mankind: "In the name of Allah, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful 1. Alif. Lam. Mim. 2. This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah; 3. Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them; 4. And who believe in the Revelation sent to thee, and sent before thy time, and (in their hearts) have the assurance of the Hereafter. 5. They are on (true) guidance, from their Lord, and it is these who will prosper."
