I think the flaw in thinking is that they think when a wrestler gets a pop, he should automatically become world champion.

Just because a wrestler gets some cheers doesnt automatically mean you make him world champion!

and ya i don't get people fascination with jeff hardy he can't talk on mic for shit and he's not that talented in the ring.

plus they can't give him the title prob for a long time even if they wanted to he's got 2 strikes against for failing drug test.

I don't care for jeff hardy but even if they wanted him as wwe champ i don't see them giving him the title for at least a year cause last thing they want is to push him win title then the following mounth get fired

as far as matt hardy goes i see him as the better of the 2 and don't have a prob with him as ecw champ cause it's a a 3rd rate title so no big deal.

i think it would have been best to continue the jericho vs shawn feud with no belt and build up a cm punk vs orton feud for title.

I had no problem with CM Punk as champion. (They just needed to make him stronger looking)

I was just responding to the guy who said that Y2J's win came from nowhere and completely out of storyline with anyone in the scramble match. A sign of no storyline planning and just winging it. Thats all.

The main reason the heavyweight scramble pissed me off is that this was a good opprutunity to give punk more credibility as champion as people were doubting him, also by comparison they made punk look like a total bitch compared to jericho. jericho gets the holy hell kicked out of him kayfabe wise but yet is able to compete in another match while punk gets one kick to the head and somehow he cant even make it down for his match.

The WWE today is directionless and looking for direction.
Thats why you'll see things that dont make sense...wrestlers that appear from nowhere and fueds that have wrestlers randomly appearing. There's no sense of long term concise storytelling.

Ok, I felt Unforgiven was actually a pretty good PPV. For once WWE is giving the titles to the right people. Matt Hardy really deserved to win the ECW Title. I do agree that it would have been nice to see Triple H lose the Title but on the other hand I feel Jeff Hardy deserves a better build up for when he finally wins the WWE Title, rather than just winning it in a scramble match. The other participants in the WWE Title Scramble could make great champions but not just yet. MVP is a jerk backstage so I wasn't surprised that he didn't win and Shelton just needs to train a little bit more to make himself better. The Brian Kendrick needs some more time to build his character up before he can claim a major title as well.
